The association
About us
How the association works and where its money comes from. The current bylaws have been in force since 6 December 2022.
Bodies
The members' meeting is the highest body and includes all members. It meets at least once a year and may also vote "per rollam" (in writing, without meeting). It approves the bylaws, elects the chairperson and decides on dissolving the association. It has a quorum when more than half of the members are present. Minutes are produced within 30 days.
The chairperson is the statutory body and represents the association independently towards third parties. The chairperson is Tomáš Ondrůšek.
Finances
Income consists of donations from individuals and organizations, sponsorship gifts, proceeds from events, grants and subsidies. If the association is dissolved, its remaining assets go to another non-profit organization with a similar focus.
